Nothing counts until you say so.
A scanned receipt is treated as a draft. It’s marked “check” in every list and kept out of every total, report and export until you confirm it — so a misread figure can’t quietly become a wrong BAS.
What a job actually made.
Give a job an agreed price, assign the receipts to it, and see income, costs, margin and profit or loss at a glance. Print a cost sheet for any job, and see the unassigned costs that make a job look better than it was.
