Do I need an account?
No, PointMate has no accounts and no personal profile. A random device identifier is used only to recognise subscriptions.
Is my session recorded?
No. Video, audio and annotations travel directly between the two participants over an encrypted connection and are never recorded or stored by us.
Does it work on Android and iPhone?
Yes, PointMate is available on both Google Play and the App Store.
What does PointMate Unlimited add?
The free plan limits session length. PointMate Unlimited is an optional subscription that removes the session time limit and the daily session cap, billed through the App Store or Google Play. On some stores a one-off 24-hour pass is offered as well, if you only need it for a single job.
